Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. If there will be a delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & estimated delivery time

Our standard shipping method is Economy Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 1-15 business days.
Based on this shipping method, we offer free shipping for orders totalling over $250 Canadian dollars. For orders under $250, there is a flat rate of $30 Canadian dollars shipping charge.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*If your order is eligible for free shipping, please ensure “Free Shipping” is selected during your check out.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Gemini Sink is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns & Exchange

Please note that only items matching the following conditions may be eligible for a Return/Refund or Exchange:

• Have not been installed and/or used. 
• No visible scratches. 
• All original accessories and parts in box. 
• Original packaging intact.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
