Gemini Sink(Canada)Inc. (hereinafter called “GeminiSink”) warrants its sink products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. Gemini Sink reserves the right to inspect any sinks reported to be defective and will , at its discretion , repair , rectify or replace . All replacements exclude transportation and any labour costs for removal and re-installation.

Gemini Sink also provides one (1) year warranty on Gemini Sink accessories to be free from manufacturing defects. If there are any problems on the sink upon opening the packing , please do not install and report the defect immediately. No claims or complaints will be entertained after it is installed. This warranty applies only to the original owner of the product as named on the invoice , and strictly for domestic purposes. In the event of claim, the owner will be required to provide proof of purchase – keep your sales receipt.
